PREPARATION:
Cook the noodles according to the cooking instructions on the package, drain and cool under running water.
In a wok, over medium-high heat mark The Vegetarian Butcher NoChicken until golden brown and add onion, garlic, shiitake and remaining vegetables. Cook the vegetables.
Deglaze the wok with a splash of soy sauce and/or sweet soy sauce, add the noodles and heat everything up.
Decorate with the black sesame seeds.

It is possible to change or add other vegetables to this dish, such as green beans, soya shoots, edamame, etc. You can also change the noodles to a vegan variant such as buckwheat or whole wheat.
