En Green & Great we bring for the first time to Spain the burger of Beyond Meat, that finally fulfill all the requirements demanded in today’s society. It has no meat, no soya, no gluten, no GMOs, no cholesterol and, moreover, it keeps a magnificent taste.
The Beyond Burger contains 20g of vegetable protein, which comes mainly from peas.
What is Beyond Burger made of?
Ingredients: water, pea protein (16%), rapeseed oil, coconut oil, rice protein, flavouring, stabiliser (methyl cellulose), potato starch, apple extract, colouring (beet juice), maltodextrin, pomegranate extract, salt, potassium chloride, lemon juice concentrate, corn vinegar, carrot powder, emulsifier (sunflower lecithin)
Nutritional values per 100g:
1. It is recommended that Beyond Burger be defrosted before consumption, so that it retains its full flavor. Putting it in the fridge overnight will be enough.
2. Cook approximately 3-4 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 74º. Make sure the inside is light to medium.
3. Combine your Beyond Burger in any way you like: On a classic burger, with cheese, or on a plate with some vegetables or fries on the side.
4. Finally (and most importantly): Enjoy it!
