The Beyond Burger contains 20g of plant-based protein, which mainly comes from peas.


Water, pea protein* (16%), canola oil, coconut oil, rice protein, flavouring, stabilizer (methylcellulose), potato starch, apple extract, colour (beetroot red), maltodextrin, pomegranate extract, salt, potassium salt, concentrated lemon juice, maize vinegar, carrot powder, emulsifier (sunflower lecithin). 

*Peas are legumes. People with severe allergies to legumes like peanuts should be cautious when introducing pea protein into their diet because of the possibility of a pea allergy. Contains no peanuts or tree nuts.

How to cook beyond burger

It is recommended to defrost the Beyond Burger before consumption, so that it retains its full flavour. Overnight in the refrigerator will suffice.
Cook for approximately 3-4 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 74º. Make sure the inside is rare or medium rare.
Combine your Beyond Burger in any way you like: On a classic burger, with cheese or on a plate with some vegetables or potatoes on the side.
Finally (and most important of all): Enjoy it!
