This couple of thirty-somethings, Audrey and Timothée, founded LA VEGGISSERIE as the union between Veggie and Pâtisserie (pastry in French) to create and develop ranges of products as delicious as those of traditional pastry but completely vegetable, organic, gluten-free, without preservatives and artificial colors, respecting biodiversity and fighting against food waste and fostering residue reduction.
